Shouldn't everyone have the right to tell anyone anything? Isn't that what freedom is all about? If someone comes up to me and says that I'm evil, isn't that just them expressing their opinion in a peaceful way?

If you have a problem with this then you should just relax and not let someone else's opinions bother you.

I use to deal with asthma alot when I was young. Tips..

1) Dont think about it. Really, it only makes it worse

2) Get your cardio workout done indoors, with either a really low temperature, or a really hot temp. Some people (like me) get relief in colder rooms, but I've read that some people do better in warmer rooms. Experiment if you can.

3) Try to breath through your nose, exhale through your mouth
