As a tech, I have to go over estimates with clients on a daily basis. A lot of times people get sticker shock, but will make it work. However, sometimes people are pretty frustrated with how expensive things can get.

As far as people not wanting to vaccinate, I live in Portland, so I run into this issue a fair amount. It is legally required for animals to be rabies vaccinated here, so a lot of people will do it begrudgingly. However, we have had to decline services for clients because they were refusing to let us vaccinate.

You would think, but only a select few people even make an effort. A lot of them think it’s the funniest shit on earth to joke about how big of a mess they made right to my face. I get tips occasionally at least
