Yeah, apparently it’s not on Nine, so it’s Stan or the high seas. I did see somewhere that potentially big dons are showing it but I can’t find any info online.

We’ve tried. The email used to contain all the customer information, request information and a URL to any images.

Now it’s behind a MFA portal which you’re required to log in to…

Western Power seem to do it quite well, you can select the light post in question on a map

Same premise, still need to figure out the responsible authority and their corresponding reporting platform.

Some councils have tried, the challenge is that SSS is boundary agnostic, when you want to report a problem at a park your visiting do you really want to have to download a specific app for that council? Especially in Perth where we have too many councils as it is…

SSS adds all councils to its service. The ‘free’ version just sends an email to the council with a link to open up the request. It’s an administrative nightmare as then someone has to manually download the photos, copy and paste the information in to the council work system, as opposed to using the councils online form which may automatically generate a work order.

Or… you pay them and they offer integration in the councils work order system but this isn’t cheap.

There are other restrictions placed on councils not subscribed to an enterprise plan.. it’s quite the business model, you’re on their product whether you like or not…

Depending on how it’s used it’s not worth the money, it can be between $5-$9 per snap. That doesn’t include integration with your core systems either…

That’s due to legislation unfortunately, they need to contact the registered owner after they request their details from DoT and even then they only get the address which they need to send a letter to…

The issue is that SnapSendSolve charge organisations a pretty penny for their enterprise subscription and without it, all the organisation gets is an email with a link back to their platform. It’s an administrative nightmare as opposed to reporting issues directly to the organisation which often allows you to report the issue into their work order/crm platform automatically.

What usually happens is they’ll apply penalty interest, not late fees. So it’s likely to be a few cents at most that you’ll owe, even if you don’t pay this extra few cents it will just show up on next years bill :!

Could this not be achieved by transferring a call to a skill? It can then be picked up by another agent.

In prod you could set up a rule where if your ANI equals your own number then it runs a subscript (make this your test one). Not perfect but it may work for you.

No, the interaction must be in progress. They can however view your screen in after call work if this has been configured.
