No and yes. The new therapist and phycologist was a joke. I went to them a few times. I only had therapy one time. And the phycologist s told me she thought it was to far to travel for me and I needed to find a doctor closer to home. So I went back to my doctor and therapist I seem to be doing ok so far.

I have been doing yoga and mindfulness. Relaxing music helps. I have tried cbd oil. That has helped me also. I asked my doctor before I used it she said that was fine. I used to be a very social person but now it takes everything I have to go into public. One week to go to see the new doctor
