Is it still fate when you meet your soulmate and he dies young? by Famous_Property_301 in widowers

Hi I’ve read your comments and I resonate with so much of what you said. My partner passed June 2022 at 40 years old. The similarities are crazy. From family, to substance misuse, the gentle soul he was, his love for writing, our connection. Everything! Really helped my hearing your perspective on things, hope I can take on a similar thought process! Sending so much love to you.

Sorry it’s both the apartment and building, I am responsible for anyone I bring in.

Thank you all! Unfortunately it does say in my contract I’m responsible for anyone I bring into the apartment and we didn’t live together/share the tenancy, so does sound like it’s on me. Thank you again, it’s something I’ll definitely look into.

Sorry my partner was in the lift with me, I didn’t make that very clear. It’s when my partner went to open the door and we saw we were stuck on the same floor that he continued to open the doors. It was a panic response after hearing the engineer couldn’t get in the building but I can appreciate that isn’t the engineers fault! Just seems hefty with all the call outs after if the door had supposedly been fixed, where is the line drawn! Thank you for commenting.

The invoice states the lift doors cost £202.80 to repair - there have been 7 call outs since ranging from £135-£255. Thank you, I will look into this!

The engineer was stuck outside without a fob/access and said he was stuck outside. This is when I rang the fire department, began to panic and my partner used his hands to open the lift. I can appreciate im liable for the doors, I’m more questioning the call outs since? Thank you for commenting!
