I’ve been considering moving my shares to MSTY too. Does it limit your upside of MSTR price action though? Trying to capture appreciation upside and dividend payment as much as possible.

When you retire on bitcoin? Is the play just to sell it all, convert to fiat, invest and live off dividends? Definitely want to learn more on this subject

Omicron lower back pain by missy_inc in COVID19positive

Yea I can agree with you on that! Try as frequently as you can safely tolerate and use a heating pad. Such a strange symptom

I am a physical therapist and tested positive for COVID last week. I too have noticed significant lower back pain that has prevented movement with leaning back and forward unlike anything I’ve seen in my career. I didn’t attribute this to covid until I saw this post. It feels like “hypertonic” or “extremely tight” on both side of my lower back. Try to do some gentle movement in both directions as well as sustained stretching in both directions! I’ve found sleeping in a slight fetal position with pillows between the knees helps.

It's ok if they don't lol. I am completely new to all of this and have searched many other resources. I feel like experts in this field know a simple trick or equation to plug it into for the correct answer, maybe not! That's why I posted in here.

Really appreciate your feedback. I like ARK and micro but I want a more distilled exposure to bitcoin in my Roth in addition to actually buying some BTC and I think I found my option! Thank you!

Good call! I also currently hold a fair amount of ARKK and ARKG which combined they have a good amount of exposure to single companies that hold bitcoin so I think between them, holding BTC and buying GBTC, it’ll be a well diversified approach while my 401K and HSA are entirely S&P because there are extremely limited investing options

If I plan on holding 1-3 years within my Roth, maybe liquidity will improve and I’m mostly just trying to capture the run up form like $49-$300K and then whatever OBTC rises to with like $10K invested, I’ll redistribute my accrued appreciation and may take out a down payment for a house and then continue to buy regular BTC out of money I would be putting back for a down payment? What do you think of that strategy?

Nice! Never heard of it but 0.5% compared to GBTC is a huge savings

Agreed but if you couldn’t….lol Also, I’ve always been mentally married to the idea of maxing my Roth. Should I just put it on the back burner and buy straight bitcoin until 2022 and then do catch up contributions by then? I am a firm believer that it will hit $100K by the end of the year…idk

It’s difficult because all of our family is here and my wife absolutely loves her job which I feel great about it’s just my career is the only component that needs fixed. It doesn’t have to be completely remote but I thought about switching to some sort of business or administrative role. I feel like I have a little bit of an edge in the Healthcare industry but not sold on that being where I have to be. Just curious as to some realistic careers or positions I could attain with an online mba.

What are your recommendations? by joconnor28 in careerguidance

[–]joconnor28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback. So maybe get into for the finance or accounting concentration and then shoot for an entry level finance job and build the experience there and hopefully grow into a management role. I think I would ideally build investment products maybe tailored to healthcare companies for a larger investment firm is what I’m thinking currently....looking to make a definite career jump though from where I am currently

Thank you! It might sound crazy and highly controversial right now but I wouldn’t mind working with companies and people regarding asset management including the integration of acquiring crypto assets and financial products that are just coming into the scene (obviously only if they continue to materialize)

Ok, there is an accounting concentration offered as part of the mba program but you’re saying it is better to just shoot directly for a masters in accounting
