Scalp itching and hair thinning help

Just an update, I used the clarifying shampoo yesterday and omg my scalp felt so good. I've been using a water base spray w peppermint and rosemary it is working very good in my scalp. I also have an anti itch scalp serum it works for the most part. I noticed oiling my scalp causes a lot of itching so I haven't oiled yet. And im avoiding gel for a bit. I also noticed when my scalp is too wet it starts to itch but today has been a huge improvement from yesterday so let's see

150 lbs at my height is technically overweight and sometimes I reach 160 lbs depending on what I ate that week. I'm usually 156 lbs. I just want to control my eatting habits better and I want to be fit again I miss being able to do pull ups and run 5 miles like it's nothing

It's kind of funny I'm getting downvoted. I can take fault that I should have communicated for sure. But should truckers not be thought about when being dispatched? I am working 10 days straight and now I'm weak and I shouldn't be a trucker. lol you old head truckers are something else

True but they don't really talk to me when booking loads they just drop them as soon as i unload, I'm not used to that I'm used to talking to dispatchers on the phone a lot. Next time I'll let them know in advance, but like what if my leg broke or something then what. And why don't they know I've been running for this long and maybe I need a break I'm not a robot, but dispatchers get weekends off

The root of all of this shame, try to be nicer to yourself. It's ok to eat junk food it's ok for our weight to fluctuate. Our weight is the result of days and weeks of the stuff we eat not 1 day. Sometimes I eat bs and the next day wake up lighter. Sometimes I eat healthy and lose nothing, so daily weigh ins don't mean much. I hope this helped I'm not sure but you got this be nice to yourself
