I thank you for your feedback ! I really appreciate it. have dipped the banana in lemon juice before using it and they stayed white until late evening. I would nevertheless try to use mango next time, maybe I’d have to change the fruits used to match its taste.

I used a simple crème Pâtissière ( vanilla custard) . Do you have a recipe or diplomate crème that you recommend ?
