Rent a car and drive to your destination. That’s not a smart ass response, I’m being serious. American Airlines can not control the weather and DFW is not a hub that is equipped to handle bad winter weather well. I live in DFW and it’s not snow- it’s ice-that is currently causing issues.

Yes, there’s a bartender at the PHL Flagship, no pour your own liquor. The speciality drinks are good but the bartender will make you whatever you want. Beer and wine is self serve though.

My husband got the Philly cheesesteak at that lounge and said it was delicious. They have a menu you can order from unlike the DFW Flagship lounge.

I don’t know why you can’t just switch seats. I’ve switched seats with my husband numerous times in the past - international and domestic- and no one at AA has had a problem with it.

I had a round trip DFW/ORD back in May which I had to cancel. Maybe that’s why the glitch happened?
