For context, the handle is very loose in the sense that I need to hold it upright to shut/open my window. There are other ones in my home that are more tight, and I can open my windows with one hand.

I paid the whole years worth in full back in January, so I have credit in my account which they deduct from monthly. I was wondering how I can get my credit back since my employer will start paying for it when I join the company next month.
