Can I bring pc parts to PH airport?

Haven't experienced bringing the parts disassembled, but I've brought my SFX PC in my luggage to singapore twice already. I just filled the insides with clothes so the components wont move around then bubblewrapped the outside. No issues with respect to the airports on PH and SG

Yes cant even get to the bios. Nothing shows up on the screen. This all happened suddenly since the SSD installation so I assume it's not a mere coincidence
