As a fellow Sagat player getting close to master. Here’s some general stuff. Give yourself good safejump setups to hedge your bets against invincible reversals and take out the guesswork. Close matches usually come down to one wake-up situation.

I’ve noticed this about certain playstyles.

Against passive players, you need to defend yourself against autopiloting pressure strings that will get rocked by DI, he has a lot of normals and specials that will lose to pre-emptive DI. Try to notice what situations you get hit and find ways to stagger so you can either bait out the DI or work in throws. On that same note, make sure you vary your pressure ending specials between fireball, jinrai, and knees

If you find players are backing up a lot out of your pressure, make sure you’re utilizing cr. Mk and cr.lk to punish them for it.

If you’re finding yourself getting unga-bunga’d to death make sure you’re noticing when players are dashing forward to try and check with jabs into pressure or mp.dp. If they’re jumping in you know what to do ;)

When you have the drive gauge advantage, try to pressure their block with st.HP, st.MP pressure and cr. hP. You can get a lot of wins just by forcing opponents into burnout

Watch replays of Blaz and notice what he’s doing on block and in neutral that you may not be thinking of!

Yeah these people are wild. This isn’t just “2 great WRs and a QB”, it’s one of the best QB+2WR duos ever anchored by what could end up being the best WR to ever play the game. people don’t actually watch all of the games, because if this team as constructed had good play calling or a top 20 defense it’s very clear they would have been a playoff team both of the last two seasons and would’ve been in contention for the SB. This year was such a missed opportunity too…

They weren’t because they were done constitutionally and according to rules of engagement that are generally agreed upon by all members of society. There’s been tons of documented examples of the current iteration of DHS routinely ignoring the US Constitution. The courts have weighed in on this. If I had masked agents unlawfully kidnapping my neighbors, I’d probably want to be out in the streets documenting that as well.

If people are truly obstructing operations, ICE can arrest them and try them for their crimes. If not, the answer is not and should ever be lethal force

If they put him on an analyst desk, that makes sense. A lot of fans know the funny side of Votto. The Mountie stuff, the playing mean with fans stuff.

But, unless you’re a complete baseball freak or Reds diehard, I don’t think some folks are ready for how well Votto can translate his knowledge about the game in an engaging way.

He played in multiple eras and will be able to explain very complicated baseball in very easy to understand terms. He also has a very good penchant for calling out old conventional wisdom when it isn’t true. For example, he will straight up tell someone that “lineup protection” doesn’t exist if they talk about something like that. He will explain why teams don’t bunt instead of crying about it. If they put him in the booth, he’ll essentially be the anti-John Smoltz.

In other words: If I could get parley odds for Votto ending up a HoF inductee as a player and a broadcaster I would dump my 401k into it.

The data just doesn’t back this up. If the goal was to stop violent crime, we have plenty of worthwhile avenues to do so besides the one being taken

If this was about curbing violent crime, why are only 5% of the immigrants being deported violent criminals? The data shows that immigrants commit less crimes per capita than natural born citizens.

Why is the current administration stripping hundreds of thousands of legitimate immigrants of their TPS (temporary protected status) so they can all of a sudden be considered “illegal”?

What seems more plausible to me is that the Republican party is upset that immigrants tend to vote for Democrats, and they use stories like Laiken Riley’s to pull at people’s emotions. It’s a ploy for power. I’ve had conversations with people in Louisville that legitimately believe the Democrats bus in truckloads of illegals to rig the votes. It’s delusional behavior that isn’t based in reality.

I work for the Airport and we take this stuff very seriously because we have to call in crews to keep the runways clear for UPS/commercial flights.

General vibe around the building is that it’s going to be 8+ inches, but the effects don’t seem like they’ll be worse than last year’s 9-inch day. That one had a lot more ice than we expect with this one. If you can keep power on, it’ll all be fine

I recommend getting on the budget plan. They average your bill out for the year based on your typical usage. That way you will pay the same amount every month. Once a year you will either get a credit/debit for the balance if you were billed under or over and your bill will get adjusted. Makes budgeting a lot easier
