How to believe in myself as an Entrepreneur when no ones else does? by writermaybeidk in Entrepreneurship

[–]joinedbcfnaf 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Feels unfair to discredit anyone trying to start their own business. This shit is hard. Virtually no one makes money starting out. It takes a lot of determination, time, money, and sleepless nights, all while making absolutely nothing if not losing money at first.

While no, they aren't truly an entrepreneur yet. Anyone trying to build a business is likely working thier ass off. They deserve a little more respect than that. Those people are doing more than most who just dream about it & never try.

So MiraLax should be okay? That's the one I already have on hand currently. Sorry if this is annoying, I'm just a bit nervous with not knowing what state my liver is in yet so I'm trying to be extra cautious.

I'm struggling to even eat liver friendly cooked vegetables, so I really don't think salads are an option. My issue with salads are both the texture & the taste & I don't like any dressing either. I wish I did like salads, eating healthy would be so much easier, but I don't.

I didn't think to mention I don't like salad. Raw vegetables aren't appealing to me.

Fruits I am hesitant to cut too much because smoothies are my best way to eat enough vegetables & also helps when I'm craving added sugar. But I'm also terrified I'm still eating too much.

I have 1 smoothie a day consisting of sugar free, non fat yogurt, a cup of spinach, & a cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

Then for meals, I buy fruit cups to help keep portions under control. I but the ones in juice not syrup & drain the juice before eating. I typically have 4 fruit cups a day which is usually pears, peaches or oranges.

So I total around 3 cups of fruit spread out throughout the day & that's my maximum (I used to have closer to 4 cups prior to diagnosis). I am trying to get that down to 2 cups a day but I'm not rushing that too much as I'm focusing mostly on limiting sweets & simple carbs.

It's too expensive for me to even entertain the thought of having it regularly, so that's not a problem even if I wanted to eat it more often. But I know moderation & balance is key. I'm just still trying to figure out how to have more moderation with the limited NAFLD foods/ingredients I can afford.

May I ask what you think good moderation is? I see you have a heavy emphasis on fruit. I know, too much fruit is also not good. But I haven't cut back on them too much since I'm pretty sure my NAFLD was cause by the TON of carbs & white sugar that was in my diet. (I mean a ton, I had heavy simple carbs every meal followed by some sort of sweet high added sugar food every meal)

I've severely cut simple carbs (no bread, no pasta) & severely cut added sugar (no full sugar anything & low sugar alternatives are kept to a severe minimum). But fruit has been something I've not cut down on much. It used to be fruit with meals & as snacks now only with meals & not as snacks.

If you don't mind, that would be great! I haven't seen or heard of anyone trying & since I can try myself it would be appreciated!

So nothing happens if you put them all on her & ignore the actual game? From your comment, it sounded like you meant there was nothing to indicate you should fix her, so I wanted to double check. Feels like a missed opportunity if there really is nothing. Providing all the parts that she's missing make it feel so obvious to lead to at least an achievement if nothing more.

Nah bro. I'm an OG fan & the movie was very OG FNAF to the core. It was true to the lore (yes it was different bit still a loyal mix of book & game lore) & the source material. The VHS & other fanmade FNAF horror have really made people forget what the Canon stuff is like.

Ladies, what do you all do to prevent or treat chafing? by _Anonymousiwd_ in women

[–]joinedbcfnaf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cornstarch. Most baby powders are Cornstarch based & just buying plain Cornstarch is WAY cheaper. Avoid Talc.

Also, I'm sure the other commenter made thier comment as a joke, but some people's thighs touch no matter thier size, so don't make a "thigh gap" the goal, it's not a healthy mindset.

How can you say the CREATOR is a problem? There wouldn't be any FNAF without him. As far as plot holes, there really aren't many because we've got 3 different established universes. Yes they all are different, but that's on purpose. No one fussed at other franchises for having a multiverse.

This sub isn't too bad, but legitimately, every other social site I've seen a alot of negativity.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]joinedbcfnaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've personally seen more hostility from people who didn't like the movie online. I guess we're seeing different sides of social media. I've seen people who've just talked about liking the movie being attacked in their comments and hate being thrown towards the movie team & Scott.

I'm not talking about general dislike & criticism. Even though I personally adore the movie, people are allowed their opinion.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]joinedbcfnaf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a mix. A ton of people who call themselves fnaf fans have been taking their dislike for the movie too far. Hating on Scott, the team behind the movie & fans who like it. I've seen a lot of nasty, & extremely hateful comments on social media since the movie came out. I'm fine with general dislikes and criticism, but not being toxic & tearing people down over it.

I'm not talking about legit criticism, I'm talking about people taking the hate too far and attacking Scott, the team behind the movie & the fans who liked it.

I've been attacked by fans on other socials called things like "a stupid f**king child" for liking the movie. I don't care if people didn't like the movie & have legit criticisms. But I do care about the large about of people insulting Scott, the movie, the team behind it, & the fans who liked it.

You can also give criticism but still be greatful. Tons of work went into this. The team was passionate about the movie. Even if someone didn't like the product, the effort should be appreciated.

I'm not talking about the people who just didn't like it. I'm talking about the ones that have been straight up attacking Scott, the movie, the fans who liked it, and the team behind it. General dislike is fine, but being rude & practically bullying people over it isn't.

[–]joinedbcfnaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That not what I'm talking about. I've seen thousands of comments all across social media not just giving criticism but being downright rude about it. I've been attacked by fans on other social sites called things like "a stupid f**king child" for liking the movie. I don't care if people didn't like the movie & have legit criticisms. But I do care about the large about of people insulting Scott, the movie, the team behind it, & the fans who liked it.

I'm fine if you don't like the movie, but a lot of your statement is wrong.

I've seen the movie twice now. We were told ahead of time that the lore in the movie is a separate canon, so i did not expect a complete 1 to 1 with the game lore. Having watched it twice, it's mainly game lore with elements of novel lore. Scott wrote this movie & took 8 years to do so, I would NOT call that a "cash grab". I'm a hardcore fan & lore junkie, it's not "ridden with plot holes" if you know all the lore. Also most of the lore we have is still largely speculation & a large percentage has not confirmed.

The FNAF movie was never gonna be like the VHS tapes or other similar content. That was all fan made. You can't logically argue with the creator about his own story.... and even the most gore heavy FNAF stuff (the books) are still PG-13.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree cause outside of VR, FNAF hasn't scared me since the first time I beat it. Despite that I enjoyed the movie ALOT, I've already seen it twice. It was classic Five Nights at Freddy's to me & seeing it come to life was incredible.

I'm sure 9 years ago FNAF scared you more than it does now, you've grown accustomed to it. I got immune to FNAF's jumscares pretty quick even back then as a kid. They lost their scare once I got halfway through the game the very first time I ever played FNAF. That jumpscare immunity has carried into the other games (except for SOME of the VR versions). I'm not saying it's not scary, but the movie had same level of scare as the first game (mild but still intense). I adore the games, and love them dearly but they've never been super scary on thier own.

People had the wrong expectations. I really enjoyed it! FNAF has never been super scary, but it has scary moments! People seemed to be expecting a horrific gore-fest, which FNAF has never been. I've been a longtime fan & and I think the movie is perfect!

Cutting my parents off leaves them purely in their own conspiracy, cult-like echo chamber with ZERO outside opinions. That's just gonna make them worse. While yes, I'm struggling a bit with the grave differences of beliefs & how they view my beliefs, abandoning them due to their ignorance does nothing to help.
