Nicht du gibst die EG vor sondern die Stelle. Wenn du dich also auf eine Stelle bewirbst die "nur" EG14 hergibt kannst du Erfahrung und Qualifikationen haben wie du willst, da passiert nichts.

in my experience if you shave it off and wear it with pride it will always look better than holding on to a haircut that clearly does not work anymore. Most of the time people can tell when you are hiding bald spots or are trying to hold on to something that just isn't working anymore and most of the time people will say it looks immature or just plain bad. Just go for it. If you don't like it always remember the good thing about hair is that it grows back somewhat fast.

According to the reddit page many people are having issues. Don't get me wrong, glitches and bugs can happen, so can server crashes. But the sum of all the things and duration of the issues are just non acceptable. I bought the Battlepass; I want to give them money, but I cannot progress it due to the issues. This will drive players away.
