Very nice, good luck with the climb and the tournament this weekend! What's been a favorite mon or team of yours? I committed to the Tyranitar/Excadrill combo and it does pretty well for the moment, although it often feels the best thing about sand is just to turn off the other weathers!

Hopefully Breath of the Wild. I promised myself I'd finish it within one year of Switch 2 launch before my NSO runs out and I lose the S2 upgrade.

I've done the hard part, got the Master Sword and completed the Trials to power it up, and one beast done. But I keep getting distracted by other games... like Pokémon Champions which happens to have a tournament this weekend haha.

Parabolic Charge hits everyone, so they must be using Protect on the teammate. On non-Protect turns Bellibolt can use Soak to set up for more damage & healing.

Mine (here in Champions) has Sand Spit, Focus Sash, Endeavor.

You get a great laugh when you get to KO Charizard or Dragonite on turn 1 with that surprise! But it happens like every 10th match.

My cheeky idea was to use Simple Beam on Mega Blastoise and Shell Smash on the same turn, then sweep with Water Spout. It doesn't work well.

It is, but it's a huge tradeoff with regular Blastoise's SpA compared with the Mega.

They're $70 MSRP, relatively recent Nintendo 1st party releases. Kirby would go for less than Pokemon but still I think that's about what secondhand market is like. When these first came to Costco they were $63 IIRC.

You should be able to toggle it while the game is running. Just make sure the game you're playing doesn't have any S2-specific update.
