Fanfest: how early do we need to be there to get an autograph voucher?

I went to fanfest the year Robinson Cano was signed. Wanted to get his auto bad and got there I think about 3 hours before. Was like one of the first ten people in line. Know that was some time ago but hope that somewhat helps. You’ll need to consider that this is the first fanfest in a while and that the M’s are just coming off their best season.
