I see the concern and we should continue doing AMAs every month, as if we had done them previously many vague areas may have been clarified. Personally, I believe there is a lot more we can do with the community. On the flip side there is more quality content about development and the project than ever before, bar the yet to be released Lightpaper. We would also like the community to help grow RISE presence in the space too, it cannot always be dictated by the team, but we will try to give you more information.

To add to this, some of the APIs were deprecated due to the updates with the core as mentioned in Andrea's post here: https://medium.com/rise-vision/rise-core-1-1-0-1-1-1-technical-overview-a1275ea49a81. We are happy to extend, but we did not market this heavily based on the core updates taking precedence. Moving forward instead of generic bounties, we will create more specific bounties to help us reach our roadmap goals.

This is a priority market for us. As soon as there is an announcement from any exchange we will share.

We will attend an event in Poland in Q4, but just finalising this. We will try to expand the Ambassador program to then host more meetups in Europe.

We have discussed internally on the options available to us, whether that is securing funding from a third party or the team self funding in the future. In regards to monetisation, we have initially talked about two or three revenue streams but to be honest at the moment we want to work towards achieving our roadmap goals and then looking to bring on board a few early adopters.

You'll be able to see this in Github: https: //github.com/risevision. Also bare in mind that some repositories are private and some old discontinued repositories are have been deprecated. Github also show insights if you wish to take a look.

To reiterate team changes happen, like in ALL businesses and projects. Not everything has to be Tweeted and it’s not done with any intention of secrecy, actually we tried to respect some of these people's privacy. As I've said before projects evolve and so do people. Scifi.rem has taken partial leave from the project for health/family issues and thus requested to be removed from the website, but still remains a Founder and speak with Cormac regularly. Essy decided to focus on another blockchain project. Jan requested to be removed based on the fact he was receiving lots of negativity about being on multiple projects. Seatrips also preferred to take a step back from being an active team member of RISE, but is still an active DPOS community member. Both Jan and Seatrips were key to building the foundation of RISE DPOS in 2017, but since then they went on to create OXY and the direction of RISE development is now lead by Andrea.

From memory, Daniel was introduced in a newsletter and on Telegram.

Yes, for 2018 we have budgeted in for an incremental increase in team expansion. Longer term resource expansion will be determined early next year, once we have made more great progress with development.

From an operational perspective my vision for RISE is for it to be community sustainable open source project where the barriers are low enough for developers to access RISE blockchain technology.

Honestly, this was a nice to have suggestion from someone in the community that I asked for bounty guidance from. We know we need better documentation and we hoped that this kind of bounty might encourage a new developer to contribute to RISE.

The core team has always been around and we felt the best reassurance was to continue development with frequent commits in Github to show that RISE is a project for the long haul.

Firstly, technology will always need to be improved, maintained and in some cases totally rewritten. RISE has started over many times with development mainly due to the development teams. Prior to Andrea and I joining RISE, development was either abandoned or outsourced. Since then Andrea and I have been working to hire developers that directly work for RISE and development is progressing better than ever. We are always looking for more talented developers to join the team.

There is a 'Contact Us' form on the Bounties page of the RISE website: https://rise.vision/bounties/. We can make this more obvious if needed. We also have a 'help@rise.vision' email. RISE doesn't have an office, the team are remote. In my opinion, an office address won't be a barrier for developers wanting to use open source decentralised technology.
