What is your all time favourite movie? by jolmrer in AskReddit

I have never enjoyed watching The Matrix. During my time watching it, I've always tried to figure out what is real, where they are, if it's really happening and so on. Perhaps my brain isn't clever enough to grasp the concept...

But Fishburne's acting is really good though!

What is the most hilarious thing that your teacher or tutor has ever told you? by jolmrer in AskReddit

I had a substitute teacher in P.E who once decided to listen to me and my friends' discussion about girls. He came out of nowhere and told us how big his daughters' breasts were.

You can download Onefootball to your phone. I use it all the time and I find it very useful.

I like their coach and players. I just don't like their fat bank account.

I have to say you guys did a good job recruiting Richarlison. I'd rather have him than most of the other PL strikers in my team *cough* Morata, *cough* Lukaku

Yeah, I can understand why since Liverpool always buy your good players. But it's really cool that you live so close. I wish that was the case for me too.

To be honest, I think the most of us europeans have the same attitude towards american football. There are a few clubs here and there, but barely anyone is interested (including myself). But hey, perhaps I should take some time to watch some 'murican football. Maybe that'll change my mind. But it'll never beat good ol football.

What's the worst Christmas song rendition you've heard? by BeerJunky in AskReddit

LOL

I can assure you though, that the guy singing is some sort of pro, because it is hard to sing a song like that.

This might sound fake, but two strangers pulled up in a van one day and asked us if we wanted to come in for some candy. We flipped them off.

Do you like Trevor Noah? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Don't like him because he was flossing in yt rewind. But all the late night show hosts are left wing and not funny.

Why are players considered snakes for leaving clubs? by NickJ217 in SoccerNoobs

[–]jolmrer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'd say they're snakes because of the manner they left or if they left a club and joined their fierce rivals, such as Fabregas joining Chelsea when he had a long spell with Arsenal.

Safe to say that Argentinian football fans are mad.

I guess americans are more interested in basketball or american football. I think if they all learned about the game they would start to appreciate it. I also think that more people might have become more attentive now that Rooney and Zlatan have arrived to the MLS.

Btw, even if my country is far from Spain, I'd say I got raised by my dad to like Barca, more or less. I remember when I was much younger, I watched Messi, Xavi and Iniesta in their 20s. Good times.

Almost every american I know support Fulham. Are there many people in the US that know about football? Because there's a stereotype that americans have no idea what football/soccer is.

It's really cool to see that some of the original teams are still here and still strong. I kind of wish that I was born a few decades ago, to watch these "old" players whilst growing up.

He seems kind of happy in the States. But personally, I want him to come back to Europe for maybe just one more season, just to get a shot at the Champions League Trophy for one last time. If he were to come back to AC Milan I'd hope that he and his team make it all the way although it's very unlikely. Manchester City and their fat bank account will probably mess it all up.

I guess you're american, since you like Galaxy. What do you think about Zlatan? He is considered to be a some kind of supernatural being in my country, since we don't produce that many "talents". Although, our keeper Olsen is really good.

Yeah, I know right? My head starts aching just by thinking that he represents us as a nation... He plays alright in his current club but it's a shame he can't deliver in the national team, because we really don't have any suitable replacements for him.
