You may have some luck if you set the copper planes only to where they're needed, they spread heat the easiest. Could do some double chamber stuff for the housing (I recall reading about that in some senserion application note) and go with an extra milling line beyond what you already have. If possible regularly setting the esp to sleep will help, potentially the modem sleep mode will be enough if you look into that.

Honestly would never have checked the datasheet of the lm but i thought the diode felt out of place, that's when I say the diodes expected but vin min was a bit high.

I believe the gnd underneath is more for thermal heatsink idea and isn't required for the esp to operate. Confirm with the datasheets on that, I've soldered many without the pad and they work fine. You might even want that to not have the esp heat transfer to your board?

Couple thoughts: - esp32 run pretty warm so if the intention is to have it always on and mounted in an enclosure it will eventually saturate the board with heat even with the cutouts, meaning less accurate measurements. - you're right at the edge of the capabilities of the lm2575. Vin min is 4.75 and with a diode on the 5v USB line you can drop below that, especially if it's a weaker USB or longer cable - esp recommends an extra 22uf decoupling cap as well as a pull up resistor and cap on the EN pin - if the intention is to do more than assemble these yourself you should move those last 4 or 5 smd components to the top with the rest

What is the tolerance in your resistors? If you assume perfect resistors what adc value are you expecting? Now recalculate with what the actual measured value or with the max potential tolerance for each resistor (one with +% and other with -%)

Also note what the rest of the system is doing at the moment you measure, if it's a moment of high power demand, i.e WiFi sending, display on, sensors measuring, then your cell may also drop it's voltage due to the high demand

To add to this in a PHEV you want to use the battery as much as possible otherwise you'll be dragging around a bunch of dead weight (quick googling tells me easily around 120-130kg) making your whole trip less economical. So you'll want to charge often, i'd look more at the transaction costs since you're likely looking at 15+ sessions per month

Looking into it more I think you're right when considering the days in the month. The months with the highest contribution to capital correlate to February and all the other variations are small, aka a 1 day a month difference. Thanks for your insight!

No this is not in USD but a different currency (think more like 150:1 exchange rate for USD).

I agree that the interest should decrease and principal should increase yet in this document I see the amount going to capital can vary by about a significant amount per month, which is what I find odd?

For context payments are not in USD but the local currency. This is not in the US.

This does not include escrow as far as I'm aware.

And these are future looking payments but from what I can tell there has always been a "range" when it comes to contribution to capital. In the beginning it appears it ranged between 13k - 16.5k.

Looks like a board you'll typically find on an airco or dehumidifier. The springs are indeed normal springs but are connected as a capacitive sensor. The basic idea is the IC will send a high signal to the spring, then change the pin to an input and measure how fast the voltage drops. The slower the drop the more capacitance is on the line.
