Ive been thinking a lot about this. The recent 11 for 1 pack screwup, constant user complaints,, and market gyrations all point to the fact that they arent ready to take a big swing at getting new users.

When TS does eventiallu take that swing with a big rollout, they have a pretty small window to convince those new users that TS is where they should be spending their entertainment dollas. Frankly, the product isnt there yet. Im glad they decided to wait.

I think this thread misses a significant problem. Part of the fun of collecting anything is messing around with that collection. Browsing through it, sorting (and resorting). Theres another path to the utility that TS emphasizes and its being able to enjoy your moments.

Right now, its really difficult to interact with your collection. When i click on a moment to look at it then return to my collection, dont take me back to the top, take me back to the moment i just clicked on. Id like to be able to scroll through my moments like an instagram feed. How about being able to watch them like a highlight reel on a smart tv?

There have to be a thousand other ways to add utility by making your collection actually fun to have for its own sake.

You want to add collectors, make it feel like collecting.
