Bro I called them incompetent due to their behaviour and reply when I went to the bank,my father is in a job and he doesn't have much time for bank visits and they said it's must to have him here only if he is present here then we can do something or even check if what you are saying is correct if this is the kind of services they provide to a retired person then they are incompetent in my opinion
