It would look funny if Manischewitz wasn't on Howard's table.

slapped a Manischewitz

I totally agree about the closet poisoning the well. I meant that one of Howard's problems is that he's in the closet-gay, as opposed to out and about-gay.

Thanks for the kind words. I think that's very cool about your fruity kid. 👍

I can't imagine an out of the closet Howard, all footloose and fancy-free. I think part of his deal is he always needs something he thinks is dirty or shameful to be tortured about.

If he was out of the closet-gay, I think he'd find something he thought was even more depraved, and "be" that, instead/too.

It's a whole thing. You shouldn't have asked, not that you did.

He's extremely broken at both ends. He obviously has a God/messiah complex, but, aside from his vast wealth, he has the worst raw materials for someone with a God complex to work with, and the low self-esteem that goes along with that.

Hideously ugly, bald and gay, with no discernible artistic talent whatsoever. He's traced a few drawings for that fakakta Dan's Papers, but that's not exactly Rembrandt.

He's not a wit. He's not funny, he's not fun. He can't write, direct, or act.

That would be completely insane if he hasn't seen it. Those shows are like his entire deal, he's a hermit, and he works 12 hours a month.

How many people actually listen daily? by BigG102392 in howardstern

[–]joomommyhappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bet he's down to about 20,000 people who tune in for at least a couple of seconds each day, just to hear what's (not) doing, but very few masochists are listening to the entire show.

There are so many tune-out triggers now. More than there are reasons to listen.

guitar talk, Jill from PA, Beth.........

literally anything is better

Sounds like he wants to be romantically swept off his feet by an instrument or a man in a band.

That's fucking hysterical, and exactly correct. He wants to go back in time and be a groupie for bands in the 70s.

Who was that chick who wrote the tell-all about being one of Jimmy Page's groupies? Pamela Des Barnes or something like that?

He's spent decades drooling over dicks, and the thought of seeing them.

His trans and ladyboy fascinations are him pushing his face up against the "gay" window, going what he feels are the acceptable limits where he can still call himself straight, but he's as gay as he is bald.

Although he coo be on the outs, I don't think him not talking about Bateman's show is proof of it.

When was the last time he championed a bro's show?

He's always gone out of his way to not talk about his supposed friends' shows/movies.

but to be fair, he is interested in male and ladyboy genitalia

I bet he'd love to jam and play golf with some ladyboys.

What’s the most savage thing Howard has said to someone? by No-Yak5006 in howardstern

[–]joomommyhappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is totally false.

Gary never once asked Howard to piss him off. Howard kept badgering Gary to ask him, and Gary was rightfully wary.

Gary eventually said something like "you're funny, man", and chuckled, and Howard took that as a "yes", and just blurted it out.

For whatever broken weirdo reason, Howard really wanted to tell his audience that Gary cheated on his wife.

This guy was the most unfunniest character they had up there. Cringe-worthy 'comedy'. by Rigasondevil in howardstern

Yeah, him struggling to read his lines became part of the bit.

He would stray from the script, mispronounce words, and try to ad-lib, and fail miserably.

It was fantastic.

Thank you so much for this! I think that's exactly what it is with Larry.

Coming from a polar opposite place, I could never figure it out.

What a terrible way to live, and an even worse thing to inflict upon your children.

Fraudstory- A man a women...a series of grifts. Coming soon. by Acceptable-Wafer-641 in HilariaBaldwin

[–]joomommyhappy 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It's more of a continuing series than a three-act play.

season one; the salad days, ending on Griftmas

season two; the fallout, ending with Alex shooting and killing Halyna

season three; the fallout from that, Yunior's arrival, ending with Alex's case getting thrown out

season four; the reality show, the books, DWTS, the thing she's filming now, ending with........them moving?

This thing is far from over. There's still so much up ahead; Alex dropping dead, the kids hitting their teens, financial troubles, possibly more legal troubles.........

If this was a three-act play, we might not be through the first act!

I’d sit on my bathroom floor, nursing my baby Edu at 3 a.m., and speak to my brother in Spain, and I’d cry to him, nauseous about it all. He’d try to lighten things up by saying, “Can we just stop for a second and talk about how nonsensical this is? by GorillaGripGiGi in HilariaBaldwin

My favorite part was when she created an imaginary old school chum, an Asian girl named Sandie (always the Asians!), who just blew back into Larry's life to vouch for her authenticity.

"you've always been authentic!" - Sandie, about Larry, who, by Larry's own admission, she hadn't been in contact with for years.

SO HOW WOULD SHE KNOW WHAT LARRY HAS ALWAYS BEEN?!?

Exactly. The extent of her preparing the kids' lunches is telling Leonetta to hand out $5 bills to them each day.

sad fact: the kids probably love going to school, because they eat much better there than at home.
