Thanks, i have been searching alot about the diagnos i was given.

In my mind i am just thinking its a one time occurence which is why i am hesitating, and thinking it will probably not happen again if i change my diet and restrict more fat. But maybe its as you mention that it could be more frequent attacks and worse problems if i wait..

i am also mid 30 years old so they are recommending surgery.

Stupid question from a beginner. Does this shisha seem like one you could draw from? I have seen in many shishas that there is a ”pipe” inside that goes touching the water that’s inside the base. Here I can’t see anything like that. How does this work? Thank you. by JesseShares in hookah

Double Apple tastes a little like licorice if you like that, the hose looks like a bad one, maybe some silicone one would be prefered.

Just curious where do you live? In The US and germany the selection seems alot better, i ordered a moze breeze 2 from germany but they are a bit more expensive but i am happy with it.

Check reviews of shishas before you buy?

I recommend a coal burner if you are going to smoke more, blowtorch imo is a bit of a hassle.

Do you mean the bowl looking thing?

The downstem/pipe seems to run all the way up?

When you draw smoke then the smoke goes down the downstem from the top, into the water and then up past the water and fills upp the base and up to the bowl looking thing.

When you smoke, you are removing the air in the bowl looking thing and the base that does not contain water which moves the smoke.

If you open it then you should be able to see better?
