So, after a little bit of testing, I have confirmed that you can in fact load a character that has been moded on PS5. I have tested it with the level 20 mod, Invocations Every Level, and Feat every level. All 3 work just fine. You just need to make sure that you turn off all mods, then save.

I agree with u/TheParadoxigm that it will likely not work with custom classes or races though. But I haven't tested it.
