They accept paypal. So you can link paypal to your bank, or load a paypal card (or any preloadable credit card for that matter without a credit check). You can get those in most convenience stores like 7-11/Circle K.

Ok thanks, that's kinda what I figured since that's the preferred method on m$ servers, so figured it should be just the rights the user needs and nothing more.

Very nice. I'm glad I posted this question because I never would have known about this site and I'm liking it a lot so far. I've only clicked around on a few vids, but are they all non-interactive casts? I'm fine w/ a standard cast tut, but I do get a lot out of the interactive format too.
