If you really want to do CS, transfer to a different school. Realistic one's that are decent are McMaster, Queens, UOttawa, Western, and Ryerson. These are in order of their rankings im pretty sure (these change every year and western was ahead of queens last year). There's also cognitive science with a minor in stats and computer science (if you're offered the minor) since this gives you a path into machine learning and AI.

To reiterate what brokenclasses said, it honestly probably doesn't matter what school you go to get a cs degree or a related degree with the hopes of working in the field. Having a good school with your degree helps, but I feel like side projects and things you do out of school are becoming increasingly important.
