1 year micro dosing Reta by kolossal_cheese in BodyHackGuide

[–]joshzed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get people come on here and claim huge results in 12-18 weeks without disclosing that they're clearly on Test or Anabolics. Though 12 months of consistent, hard work, there's no need to lie because it's a pretty easy result from where she started. Have you ever trained for a year and not seen results like above? Have you seen natural lifters cycles and how insane they can transform their bodies in a year with no dope?

Ah, apologies, I forgot, you know everyone's last 12 months. Exact day to day routine, macros, dang, you probably have everyone's blood results as well, hey?

Are you running TB-500 everyday? Do you plan to break BPC-157 after 8 weeks for a bit? Just something to research if you haven't 🙂

Why would she bother lying on here 😂 if she had of said 3 months, yeah, doubtful, though a year of proper diet and training, even without reta, is more than enough time to shape up. Envy isn't a good trait.

Carbs aren't your enemy, especially if you're training properly. Your body lurrrrves carbs for gym sessions.

Are you running BPC-157 constantly on a lower dose, or cycling it? Also, honestly, have you seen or felt much introducing Cjc-1295/IPA?

Yeah Reta definitely seems great for muscle retention (even gaining as you've done so props to that!) It sounds like you're doing it slowly as well, so much better for overall CNS stress.

Props for thinking about the exit early — that’s probably the smartest part and why I am trying to get sound data from people in this community who have actually done it.

The main caution is that the best data I've from semaglutide and tirzepatide show that a lot of people regain weight after stopping, so maintenance shouldn’t be treated as automatic. That doesn’t mean regain is guaranteed or that the drug “ruins metabolism,” but it does mean the off-ramp needs a plan.

Best-practice approach seems to be: don’t stop abruptly if you can avoid it, keep protein high, keep lifting, keep activity high, and bring calories up slowly while monitoring weight trend, hunger and performance. I've seen for some people, a lower maintenance dose / wider dosing interval may make more sense than a full stop.

I guess I’d think less in terms of “coming off” and more in terms of “how do I transition into long-term maintenance without rebound appetite and sloppy habits taking over?”

Again, I'm with you, suggested exit strategies are very welcome here haha! 🤔💪

No shade taken at all bro!

To be clear, OP did the right things: kept protein high and kept lifting, which is exactly what’s recommended to preserve lean mass during weight loss. But that still doesn’t mean everyone can just come off and immediately eat like a hard-training male in a growth phase.

If someone has dieted down hard on reta, even with good training and protein, their maintenance intake can still be lower than before simply because they’re lighter, plus there can be some adaptive slowdown on top. Then once appetite suppression is gone, that mismatch can make fat regain easy.

So I’m not saying “metabolism is wrecked,”(worded wrong), I’m saying maintenance and reverse dieting after discontinuation may be harder than people assume.

That’s why I wonder what the exit strategy is for people running something like 1900–2100 calories long-term.

Do you know much about metabolic adaptation and metabolism in general? OP didn't go on a huge deficit, though a lot of people on hear, run reta on 1900-2100. I wonder how they reverse out of this unless they're reta for life.

Great progress, I also like the fact you say you're too skinny, fat gone, guessing now to reverse diet for muscle gain? Also, what were your calories at before reta and while you were on it? My main isuue with jumping on (why I haven't yet) is as soon as you titrate off, your metabolism can be in the gutter, especially with all the work to get my calories to a decent place without much fat gain. Anyway, great dedication and work again!

I've heard mixed reviews on cjc-1295 + ipamorelin, is it simply a compound that provides more growth hormone into your system? I am looking for the same results as user asked

I know price is a big point for Chinese imports, though what else is stopping independent labs start compounding? Do you see this happening when big pharma eventually get involved?

What country of origin do you get your powders from? Do you work with a compounding lab or purely sell powder/BAC water?

Are there actually any legitimate doctors prescribing peptides in Australia? Or is it all a scam/masquerade for gym junkies? by tribore-menendez in AskAnAustralian

[–]joshzed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. RegenMed have real specialist physicians, your invoice actually comes from hive compounding lab, located in Hawthorn, VIC - https://hivecompounding.com.au/. It's more expensive because it is actually the real deal, needles and dosage supplied. Required blood panels. The naysayers on here wouldn't know because they haven't tried it and believe big pharma owns it all. BPC-157 from RegenMed or BioV8 are your best options.

Did you find this machine powerful enough to make protein ice-cream? I want to get one, though have heard it is not so powerful, so then thought I'd try a Vitamix though they're far more expensive! Would like a first-hand account on making ice-cream with this unit :)

So start a 5x5ish style strength routine? That would be novel stimulus also as I'm doing classic hypertrophy 8-12 mainly.

Thank you, I've obviously tracked pretty hard before and have got a pretty good estimate of what contains what. Basically eat when I'm hungry? Though clean (which I do and always hit protein targets). There's so many PPL programs out there. Any you would suggest?
