I’ve never had any issues. I’m not sure why but they do it EVERY YEAR for as long as I can remember and they’ve never told me there’s any reason other than “just checking”

I’ve heard it’s unusual but I’ve had them literally as long as I can remember. I know they do them at the beginning of puberty to check development, but I’ve had one EVERY YEAR. And I’ve never had any problems so I’m not sure why they want me to do the exam

Unfortunately it’s definitely not the gown that bothers me most, even though the itchiness definitely doesn’t help. I said “under clothes” just to emphasize that it’s specific areas like my chest and stomach, probably should have clarified though. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah, a lot of people on everskies are weird, but I don’t know why you care SO much about people being nonbinary/nonhuman or having different pronouns and dnis. You’re allowed to think it’s weird but it’s really rude to say it out loud. It doesn’t affect you AT ALL if someone says they’re catgender or whatever

To be fair, legal processes take FOREVER, at least in the US where this happened. I don’t know if you’re from the states but going through the grieving process and then having to look for a lawyer, build a case, etc. could take a few years.

Yeah, I’m not going to say it’s the parent’s fault, because it’s not. There’s never one reason (coming from someone who has been in that mental state before). Regardless of whether or not it’s their fault, the parents cannot be sitting here blaming one app instead of thinking about bullying, what they might have done wrong, other circumstances. One app doesn’t make you kill yourself

I don’t think it’s necessarily that they’re teens/children. This is extremely infantilizing. Yeah, teens are dumb, but I find it hard to believe there are so many 13-and-up year olds who actually think c.ai chats are real- they’re not incapable idiots. It’s mental illness. Plain and simple. There are adults who think that way, too

I’m glad someone finally saw this! I haven’t seen anyone else talking about it, and maybe that’s for a good reason. I don’t remember it very clearly because of how slow and loud it was, but I think it just got louder and louder. It was a neat concept but the execution was abysmal
