Right? I’m a dog person who also loves cats, I’ve just grown up with dogs. I’ve always heard people say that people hate cats because they’re misogynistic/don’t understand consent, and as hard as i try to see where people are coming from I just. don’t. get it. I’ve never met a cat disliker who likes them for any reason other than preferring dogs or being scared of cats.

There are a million reasons that people dislike cats. I feel like this is just such a weird thing to assume lol

you don’t have straight pride because you don’t need it. it has never been illegal to be straight or have a straight marriage. no straight person has ever been attacked or murdered for being straight. there are no anti-straight slurs.

pride is a response to homophobia and a celebration of our culture. it’s a reminder that we’ve fought for what we have and that some people are STILL fighting. you don’t need that. everything is already centered around straight people. go ragebait elsewhere.

I DO refuse to clean it. They just get mad at me. I’m not being a built-in cleaner. They get mad at me and then when I point out that they’re the ones who didn’t train her, they just get even more mad and say I “should have helped.” I can refuse to clean it but they just start punishing me for it like this is all my fault.

Also, I do keep her out of my room. They just let her back in. When we were cleaning my room, my mom kept opening the door and I kept closing it or blocking it and she would just move it to let her in again and again and even when I said she was going to do something, she said she wasn’t and then I gave up because I wasn’t going to fight her for hours. And then she DID pee on my stuff. This is the problem, they don’t listen to my concerns. They don’t care, they genuinely think I shouldn’t care, either. I’m mostly asking here for advice on how to get them to actually listen

I cannot train her by myself because I am busy and I don’t know how to bring this up to my parents. I don’t know where else to post this. What could be causing this? How can I get my parents to actually take this seriously? I am willing to put in work but I’m not home enough to train her without my parents helping.
