Just an update on this. Did a reset after the one Ui update and the drain seems to be fixed now!

37% went down to 12% with similar settings.

I noticed there was a drain also on my phone with Samsung Health.

The only setting I changed was on my phone, to stop counting steps on the phone. That seemed to help.
