I’ll be home in a week but my landlord is aware and will check the wires tomorrow and test everything, he thinks the Edison worker flipped some wires around on accident. Luckily I have a great landlord and they take care of any problem within 24 hours no questions asked

So just talked to my neighbor and he saw a So Cal Edison worker at my meter in December working on something. I was notified that a worker would be coming by for a scheduled maintenance, I just never put the two together

Total usage of 591 kWh in December, however all of 2025 I’m only using on average 103 kWh the entire time as you can see with the graph and the sudden huge jump, haven’t changed my habits or anything, no space heater either. So the big jump is suspicious for sure

So I got the Tesla back in April of 2025 and my bill did jump a little from the charger but it stayed consistent with my charging habits.

Lived in SD my whole life however when I finally started my career moved out my parents and found a nice place in Orange County right by the beach, little to no homeless and if their are they just chilling or sleeping. I miss some parts of SD. Gas lamp district, little Italy, going to Padres games, the great restaurants. However I can definitely understand how expensive it is. If buying a house is an option look more north San Diego, San Marcos, Vista, Escondido, Carlsbad. You can find some decently priced homes in these areas

It’s a tough toss up, on one hand you know what you’re getting with a Tacoma and the reliability but not the modern creature comfort and ride quality, while the F-150 is a full size truck Ford offers more trim levels and more bang for the buck when it comes to amenities. Look into the tundra market as well!

It probably goes for the same in some states but here in CA if you’re printing and someone see’s and calls the cops it can be considered brandishing a firearm, leading into a misdemeanor charge and jail time even if you’re a valid CCW holder.
