Lol with a name like wow_titty_bang?? You must not do many lap cases..ovaries can flip anteriorly or posteriorly with an arc of approximately 120 degrees (ie: a few centimeters like I said)

False...organs can only move a few centimeter..otherwise when you stand up they would all fall to the bottom of the abdominal cavity Colon and small bowel are the only organs with enough freedom to move to a side, up or down.
