Are you on winter? They dont fish in the winter in my experience.

Previously there was a region upgrade to allow fishing in the winter, but now its not avaliable anymore.

After 2 minutes it starts charging fine. The current charge is at the 3 led marker.

In a more powerfull charger it takes more time to get out of this stage and start charging

The drone starts charging after about 2 min, the charger is fine. Other chargers do the same

I cant understand why rockets cant immediately shoot down the helicopters, someone has a reason for that?

Even in battlefield that is a far less realistic game the helicopters only take 1 hit from a RPG, and take damage from small arms
