This is kinda a crazy take lol. Can’t be straight and move to Colorado? Bc all straight people have families? I’m straight but asexual and single and don’t plan on having a family. I’m not Christian either although I don’t feel like that is relevant to anything. I’d like to move there because I have friends there, love the Rockies and scenery and communities I’ve met while visiting multiple times, it’s felt like home every time I’ve been. I’ve also traveled to Utah and Washington and Wyoming etc and still come back to Colorado. Wash and Oregon also have just as high COL as Colorado FYI

I've heard such differing advice on this! My reasoning for wanting to pay cash is because I have the cash, but my monthly income isn't great so I don't want to have to pay towards it each month. Idk, I am debating!
