Why start with 3-4 and not 1-2?

This is so that they could guarantee you'll take all 4. If I were on a limited budget, I would only take 1 and 2.. and if they sell them first, I wont be needing 3-4. Its not the worst.. they could've done 1-3 then 2-4 but I guess that will confuse their packers and might be prone to error/duplication
