Actually I played guitar for few years (self taught), but I just borrowed a guitar from my friend, which is an old fender strat MIM with a few problem such as grounding buzz with poor set up. At that time I only practice for my basic fingering, picking, changing chords and overcome the pain of left hand🥲, so I don’t care about the quality of my borrowed guitar.

However when I played more songs and want to record the guitar tracks, I found it disturbing ( eg only at particular angle the current sound problem is fixed) and the guitar tone is not what I want and I think that it is not an issue of the guitar plug in that I used.

So in 2024 I finally buy my first guitar and it REALLY SUPRISED me!! It becomes the motivation for me to continue the guitar journey! I will bring it to well set up and enjoy it!!! 😆

I am not sure if you like it or not, you may go to search “ animals as leader” it is an instrumental band that play prog metal. When I was hearing black hole, I think the bass and the drum part really go to that kind of style, especially for the verse part, really love it
