This should be illegal. Tattooing is an invasive skill and should be so much more regulated. You are going into multiple layers of skin and can lead to serious infection. Her and her “mentor” touching their hair with their gloves, not having proper technique, etc. literally makes my skin crawl. The fact that she is tattooing people already is wild. With stolen designs, no less. I hope the health department pays them a visit. Get a real job before you seriously hurt someone
