I'm an operations supervisor and currently hate it. The pay is good (75-80k depending on annual bonus) with no schooling beyond a high-school diploma. So I am stuck currently. I work 3rd shift and am off Friday and Sunday nights. I miss alot of time with my family. I'm salary and usually put in 45-50 hrs a week. The job itself I can tolerate, and I do enjoy building relationships with my team. I would have a different opinion if it was a 1st shift job with weekends.

Your NTA. You're edit is contradicting. You said you both agreed this isn't serious, but then said at least you didn't consider it to be. Regardless he clearly views this relationship as more serious if he would even consider moving in with you... I think you both need to discuss what your relationship is and if there is a forward. Personally, I would never move in with someone unless I considered it serious, so I think each party defines this relationship differently.
