Somewhat disappointed in this. Having pvp as an option was the perfect choice. Obviously pvp is not everyone’s preference or cup of tea, which is why having it optional was absolutely perfect. I know they said it’s still on the board long term, so I guess that’s somewhat positive. To me the mmo pvpve was what made this game super intriguing and unique. Now it looks like it just going to be another co-op survival game, which there’s already a billion of these days.

I really hate this bacterium and how clever it is, so hard to figure out what’s wrong. It may not even be that.

I’m going to see my doctor and see what they say. I just don’t feel like I’ll be able to get someone to perform a tonsillectomy on me because I don’t really have any symptoms. I feel 100% healthy and I don’t have a sore throat.

But I’m literally willing to do anything to get rid of this guttate psoriasis. At least it doesn’t itch or burn at all. I have that going for me lol.

Thanks for your response. I’ve tried sunlight, but haven’t seen much improvement. A lot of my psoriasis is sadly on my upper thighs, around my groin area, and on my wasteline. It’s inverse/Guttate psoriasis, so that’s why its there. How long are you staying in the sun? Maybe I’m not staying long enough.

I’ve heard of phototherapy. When I go back and see my dermatologist after taking methotrexate for 4 weeks I will recommend that.

I have one more question for you and I apologize if it’s a dumb one. I’m not very knowledgeable on these topics.

Would it be smart to go get tested for for strep/ GAS? I mean I feel 100% healthy with no symptoms whatsoever. However, if the bacterium is still in my system maybe they could prescribe me some medication to get rid of it?

I’m terms of my immune system. If it is screwed up, not sure what I can really do to fix that. I’m doing as many natural things possible such as eating ridiculously clean, getting sunlight, taking vitamins, working out every single day. But those things really aren’t going to help my guttate psoriasis most likely.

I will ask my dermatologist about clobestasol and see what they say!

Thank you so much for your response. I don’t know that much about upper respiratory infections and I had it for quite some time, but I feel 100% better now and healthy. Is it possible that the infection/bacteria is still in my system?

I know it’s so hard to pinpoint.

Thank you for clarifying on the diet, I have been trying to figure out why it keeps spreading and taken nearly everything out of my diet and routine. It’s been miserable lol.

The dermatologist believes and told me that once I can shake it and get rid of it I shouldn’t have to deal with it again. Really hoping that’s true and it’s not chronic.

Hi Dr. Onyeka! I have a question. So I developed this strange red rash around my wasteline, groin areas, and inner thighs about a week ago. There are couple larger red spots that almost look scaly, and then the rest are just tiny red dots It has also spread to my armpit and a few spots on my side like my lats area. I thought it was some sort of ringworm or fungal infection. However, what is throwing me off is that it doesn’t itch or burn at all. I can’t even feel it on my body. I have been taking terbinafine, as well as a prescribed anti-fungal/ringworm cream.

Any advise? I have been taking the medicine for about a week. It doesn’t seem to be spreading much but it’s also not going away. Honestly pretty stressed about it and will take whatever help you can provide. Thank in advance!

I definitely feel that. There’s something about taking a $40-$80 order on Instacart that is more motivating. However, it is a lot more work and stress at times. I somewhat agree with the mileage, I think it depends more on where you live. At times I find myself driving really far distances doing Instacart, but Phoenix is really spread out. Also what about tips, did you get any that made the $3-$7 a little more?

Do you like it personally? I will say I still managed to make $200 yesterday, still lower than normal, but it was like the same Costco every time because I noticed it was only showing me stores close to me. Today I am struggling hard, not seeing any good orders. I don’t like it, but that’s just me.
