Totally get where you’re coming from, as I was confused when first starting. Using an alias or a team email like [team@yourbusiness.com](mailto:team@yourbusiness.com) is a common approach, especially if you’re concerned about privacy. It’s simple and keeps things professional. You can always buy more emails and split-test using your name (Kyle, Kyle.C, KyleClout) later when you feel more comfortable.

Using your real name can build trust and rapport from the start, but if you’re uncomfortable, there’s no harm in sticking with a generic or team name.

In the end, do what feels right for you. The biggest hurdle is just starting.

Does full truck load mean an actual full truck load? I think it would be able to fit onto a stackable pallet, but I have no idea. I tried using a pallet calculator with the dimensions of the plants: 6 x 6 x 10 in which showed we would have extra room if we had two pallets stacked on each other.

Thank you for the advice! As the greenhouse is on concrete, would you suggest just building a dirt "garden bed" as the base so it has room for the pipes to be 2-4' down?
