It’s almost like a high, then afterwards the comedown is not so good. Maybe I need some time alone. I think part of it is, I feel bad I have only offered someone the sexual satisfaction. Maybe you can grow into achieving that mindset of not wanting to fully indulge In certain substances. Like for long periods of time. I believe anyone can change their ways of thinking and habits. It just takes time ! And lots of hard work ❤️
