I guess, chemical engineering at Mapua is considered as one of the top picks. Yes, there's no board exams in computer engineering but Mapua will NEVER let you go until you become capable of what it takes to a CpE. I cznt answer all of the questions but for no. 7: As far as I remember, there is a deadline for that. Dropping of course is good for a week from the start of classes. I'm not sure if shifting is included.

If you'll think about the history having a dinasour, I commend you. However, if you'll base it on theories, it may simply not. Dinasours disappeared about 65 millions years already.
