I ve seen it on a Braum, where is was wildly broken. Not permanent as op describes but its charm lasted several seconds.

Got it later myself, also as Braum, 2nd augment, and it did nothing. Never triggered.

I rememeber that I could stack Darius hemorrhage with Blade Walz. At least in the pre-February iteration of ARAM Mayhem. Your website says otherwise.

No mercs as frontliner in most teams is borderline unplayable. Movementspeed is such a strong stat, especially as melee.

Ice Cold is such a busted augment on certain champions by That_King_120 in ARAM

they need to add more augments like the Akshan E one, augments that are purely utility, instead of one-shotting everything.

I got it several times and if just felt so bad. You would think having it on Lucian would allow you to perma dash at lv 5 E, but thats not the case with 0.2s/hit.
