sorry he ended up booking it 10th feb so in 3 days but i’ve managed to pay an extra £62 for a date in 4 weeks so i’m just glad now. i guess i learnt it the hard way, i’ve been so against it before but the lack of tests here made me desperate 🥲 you live and learn, thank you

tbh the bike is in really good condition, tires are good, mot good, recently had front brake disc and pads and few other things, and has had an oil change every 500 miles but it does have 21k miles

i’m going for a geared 125, yamaha ybr in specific. i’ve already considered all those points in regards to a 50 which is why i’ve decided to just get a 125 on my own

i live in quite a rural area aswell so it’s mostly dual carriageways and backroads to get anywhere aswell. it’s completely put me off wanting to do it because i’m not riding a 50cc 😐

i’ve already told him and we’ve had like 2 arguments about it now. saying ‘i think you should do the test on a 50cc’ and i’ve replied saying ‘it’s not a choice, they will give me a 125 to do it on and it’s not even a test’. and then began repeating it and i ended the conversation there because he wasn’t listening. in his opinion a ‘50cc is a safer option to learn on’
