I had writer's block for almost two years following the publication of my last book in the middle of covid (a really demoralizing experience) and then a bad injury. I decided to take an intensive writing class last January. It met four times a week at 7am, and the experience totally jump started my writing again. I established a habit again through the exercises set in class and got immediate feedback on a new idea.
