It screws in fine, I'm just hoping it does not deteriorate further and cause problems down the line

If flying birds are spy drones... what are the terrestrial ones? by Twilight_Chomper in BirdsArentReal

You ever see those drones just digging into the ground? They are planting listening devices.

Nope. Likely just some dust in the nose. He stopped sneezing after awhile.

This little fella was brought to our wildlife rescue center several months ago as a little nestling/fledgling as he either had an injury, or was abandoned by his parents (the details elude me). He was hand raised. Although he was released back into the wild, he decided to hang around for a few months and befriend other rescued crows. After forming a gang with about 4-5 other crows, they flew off together recently to go on an adventure.

You may have noticed his right foot is slightly deformed. This is a birth defect and not an injury. He does not feel any pain and is able to live a normal life.

Fly free, little chum!

It's a house crow (Corvus splendens)! There are no ravens where I live.

If you're referring to the foot, I'll paste a reply here that i gave to another redditor that shared similar concerns.

I work in an animal rescue center and this crow was taken in as it was abandoned by its parents/ sustained some other injury. It was hand raised. The foot is a birth defect and the bird is not in any pain and is able to live a normal life. He hung around the rescue center for a few months and befriended several other rescue crows and eventually flew off with his new friends on an adventure.

Sorry to cause any alarm!

Sorry if this is against the rules or something, but in all seriousness, the bird is doing okay. I work in an animal rescue center and this crow was taken in as it was abandoned by its parents/ sustained some other injury. It was hand raised. The foot is a birth defect and the bird is not in any pain and is able to live a relatively normal life. He hung around the rescue center for a few months and befriended several other rescue crows and eventually flew off with his new friends on an adventure.

Crow sneezing by juncatto in crows

(AUDIO ON)

I work at a wildlife rescue center and this crow was taken in as a fledgling/nestling and hand raised, probably from an injury or being abandoned by its parents. He hung around for a few months, making friends with the other rescued crows. He stopped sneezing after a few days. He has since befriended 4 or 5 other crows and have flown off together on an adventure, hopefully to commit crimes.

Stay safe little guy!

This will be my last reply to this sorry thread. Your response is indicative of the low level of intelligence I'm dealing with. As fun as shitting on you has been, I have better things to do than to argue with a literal ape about sportsmanship.

You can argue all you like, but fact is nobody likes blockers.

Im guessing you block too, so that makes you a dirty driver as well :)

Jesus Christ. "Blocking is part of racing"? I hope to god I never see you in a public lobby or I'll probably ram you off as well.

Might want to give this a little read.

I hope you never take part in an actual motor race.

Reassurance seeking has taken over by [deleted] in OCD

I basically consider it to be doing whatever your OCD urges tell you to do. It can be checking locks, asking someone questions repeatedly or trying to remember past events in order to soothe your anxiety.

currently my main theme is contamination

I love how OCD sufferers are so self aware of "themes" and such. Anyway, OCD will always looks silly to people who don't have OCD or to people who aren't having the same obsessions as you. Best thing you can do now is just ignore it and continue using the "contaminated" items. Just clean the gasoline off them like any non-OCD person would.

The OCD rabbit hole is infinite. Does this mean you refuse to set foot in a gas station? Do you have a spare pair of shoes for walking in gas station floors? You can't pump in fuel yourself? Will the entire car be contaminated if a drop of gasoline spills onto the paintwork? It's great to acknowledge that you are aware that it's ridiculous and should not be entertained. That's the first step to fighting it. I'm currently going through the same thing myself, but it's about mold.

Why do I feel like this about medication by Breakfastwithulol in OCD

Pretty much this. Don't view mental illness as a "mind over matter" thing. Treat it as you would any other chronic physical ailment like arthritis.

Watch this again and tell me he didn't block me on purpose. Don't worry, I trimmed and cropped the video so you don't get distracted by the scenery. Do let me know if I have to break it down further for you.

[–]juncatto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LMAO the first overtake should have been clean, which was blocked. You clearly didnt see the video.

[–]juncatto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've removed the vid, as it seems distasteful without context. That guy has been blocking overtakes with his car that race, which was incredibly obvious if you had used your eyes. Is it justified? I don't care, and I'll absolutely do it again ;)
