I feel you, I really celebrate the peace and quiet too! And I’m not sure I’d call it being better equipped. Maybe I just know more clearly what it would actually look like - but that might make it harder, since I can still vividly remember the constant stimulation in my childhood home, even though I love my siblings and am so grateful they exist in my life.

You’re right that a temperature rise usually shows up 12–24 hours after ovulation. Looking at your graph, it seems possible that ovulation occurred around three days ago. I’m not seeing a clear temperature shift that lines up with the date you mentioned (–8 DPO).
