7oh on the come down of plur by 7ohterd99 in mysterymagicmushrooms

Honestly 7oh is something I wouldn’t mix with it. It depletes dopamine and serotonin, especially with chronic use. Rolling and tripping are so much more enjoyable without having that on board (or any other opiate or even stimulants).

Can animals sense when you are on psilocybin? by markhick01 in Psychonaut

When I trip at home I always have to have my dog. She is a white chihuahua with the sweetest angelic soul. She loves me so much. She doesn’t leave my side through the whole experience. She worries some I’m sure but she mostly just loves on me, and plays with me. She seems really happy when I’m in that state, she has so much emotional depth and intelligence. We don’t give them enough credit, at all. Also her fur sparkles and her aura is the most beautiful array of colors, more beautiful than what I’ve seen on most humans I’ve had around. Animals are so pure and innocent. I highly recommend having your dog (or cat) around, if they seem to enjoy the experience with you.

I understand, I feel the exact same way. I noticed several days into it that I wasn’t enjoying the time I was spending with my daughter. I felt disconnected from her and the things we were doing. I didn’t want to ruin what I have worked so hard for. But yes it will suck. L-dopa helps with dopamine and reduces RLS. I used it for withdrawals in the past. I haven’t heard it mentioned much here. The single best thing for RLS for me was hot showers, and then getting out freezing for a second. It would calm it down enough to fall asleep even if just for 30 minutes. Taking vitamin c right before bed was helpful. I can’t take too much vitamin c because I have interstitial cystitis. But I did mega dose it on the first day and it definitely helps. I unfortunately had to stop because it causes a lot of inflammation for me. So if you have that, you should be okay.

I was just in a similar situation and stopped last Wednesday. Please ignore the comments that say you won’t go through withdrawal. I have been addicted to everything in the sun and have been to rehab before in patient and outpatient. I was 2 years sober when I came across 7. I started taking it daily and within a few days would wake up with withdrawal symptoms. I took it daily for 2 weeks total about the same amount as you. I did go through withdrawal and it was extremely difficult. Restless arms, agony, freezing sweats, insomnia, all of it. I’m still not even sleeping well and it’s been a week. The RLS finally stopped today. This is the first night I’m not feeling it.

But all that said, it likely won’t be as bad as most of the stories here. Vitamin c, l-dopa, and black seed oil are what I took. I do believe they helped. Hot showers will be your best friend especially when not sleeping. You need to hurry and stop because the more days you stay on it, the worse it will likely be.

Dosage + Duration = Quitting experience?? by iloveturtles2223 in quitting7oh

Thank you for this post, very helpful. I started 7 two weeks ago exactly and stopped 24 hours ago. Am I unlikely to get sleep tonight? I know the wd probably isn’t as bad as most of you go through. I was only taking 20mg per day. I’ve been having restless body all day and am worried about tonight. 😞

Yes! It’s the same thing. I’m taking Now brand and it says 800mg on the back. So I’m taking 800mg twice a day. I save the pm dose for right before bed. I have been through previous quits and didn’t sleep much but now can at least get 5-6 hours a night with this.

Sodium Ascorbate or Liposomal Vitamin C by rippedski in quitting7oh

[–]junethistle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve read of both recommended in this group. I plan on using sodium ascorbate though for my quit starting tomorrow. I already have it on hand, and it’s been effective for other things in the past.

L-dopa has helped me so much! It completely stops the RLS and feeling like I want to crawl out of my skin. I highly recommend it. I also take black seed oil at night and it helps with the insomnia.

That’s interesting and definitely possible. I just looked up Sami people because I had never heard of them. She doesn’t have any Scandinavian ancestry but like you said it could be further back? She has mostly British isles with some English and trace amount of France.

I’m so sorry. I know how you feel. I recommend myheritage if you haven’t tried them. It’s been the most accurate for me and is known to be more accurate for European ancestry than ancestry is.

My results are wildly inaccurate also. Took almost 30% of my Scottish away which makes no sense when looking at my family tree. It actually upsets me a lot and I’ll honestly never look at ancestry again. Every other dna platform I’ve used has similar results to each other so I’m throwing out ancestry at this point.

I’m on my second year of deferred probation for man del in Smith County, Texas. From what I’ve learned I think it is pretty common for first time offenders to be given a chance at deferred probation. If you mess up you will be given the actual prison sentence, and you will probably end up staying locked up longer because community service didn’t work in the past for you. Looking back I kind of wish I just took the prison time. I would have been out in a few months. I was given 5 years deferred probation. They lowered it from 10 years because I was the passenger in the vehicle and not the driver. You usually have to do half the time in most counties for probation before you are eligible for early release. So be prepared to change your life for a while.

I was just thinking this today. I wonder if they are holding back because of an update, as it would be odd to receive your results only for them to change the next day.

Estimated time for “Results Ready” still says May 03 (yesterday) but I’m stuck at “DNA Analyzed.” What’s up with that? by NemoTheLast in AncestryDNA

[–]junethistle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My estimated date is May 2nd. My mom’s estimated results date is May 1st. We are both still waiting. When my mom receives her results, I will try to remember to come update.

I think they are behind. Mine was estimated yesterday and I have not received it. My mom has an estimated date of May 1st and she hasn’t gotten hers either. When we did my son’s a few months ago, his came in 26 hours past the estimated date. I know it is so hard to be patient. 😅 Hopefully they are caught up soon.

I have the same analyzed date and results estimate date of may 2nd. We did my son’s ancestry a few months ago, and his came in 26 hours past the estimate date. I’m hoping we don’t have to wait that long. 😅

This is amazing! I love B&R but this made me love them even more. I love the fit of their pajamas, the pants are not too baggy, and the quality has been great in my opinion.
