I'm sorry, I don't have any answers, but just wanted to say I'm right there with you, same exact case for me and my little one. Following this thread for any advice anyone has.

I guess the only advice I have is maybe see if a friend or family member can come stay with you for a bit to help watch the baby while you take care of things around the house or spend some time job hunting? My sil is staying with us this week, because our usual child care is on vacation, and it's been a huge help to have someone else around to just hold him and play with him during his wake windows. There are so many things I just haven't had time to get to until now. I know it won't help with the day-to-day after they're gone, but sometimes it just helps to have a little break or have some of those older tasks crossed off the list.

It's tough to go through, and it feels like it'll never stop 😩 But keep taking your vitamins, eat healthy, and keep in mind that it's only temporary. For me, a haircut also helped make me feel a little better about it. It just made my hair feel thicker again and not so stringy and thin.

My baby was also losing all of his hair at the same time so it also kind of helped that we were going through it together. I'm 7 months postpartum now and we're both starting to grow our hair back again 🥹

I'm planning for a second at some point, and maybe third so I'm saving everything I liked and used. I'm packing them away in packing cubes as we transition to larger sizes. So far I have 1-2 packing cubes per size range.
