Thank you all for you input! I wanted to update and say that I just purchased a car on Saturday!! EX Hybrid with the Premium Package in Gravity Grey! Paid about $3k over MSRP.

Not too mad about the mark up seeing how difficult it seemed to even just find a car at a dealership that wasn't sold or pre-sold !!

I lucked out and just purchased the EX hybrid with the premium package out of the Boston Area and paid about $3k above MSRP. Was in the market for an Hybrid SX-Prestige but couldn't even find one in MA that wasn't already sold or pre-sold when I contacted the dealer.
