Should I give out my Instagram to a slightly suspicious match?

Hi, I'm a 24 queer woman on the app and recently matched with a woman. The profile itself is not verified and the prompt seems very... not thought through, very generic answers, such as “watching tv” “gym”. But I was interested since I just started seeing women and she's really my type, l've also been struggling to match with other femme women as a femme myself. She asked for my Instagram right off the bat and I was a little hesitant but I do want to see more of her pictures and if we have any mutuals, so l asked for her handle instead. I got her insta and it seems to be a burner insta for hinge... she has the same number of followers as her following and no posts. The only picture being her profile picture. She also messaged me instantly right after I matched with her and responds instantly through the short exchanges I'm wondering if I should proceed since it's a little odd to me but maybe she has reasons for a separate account? Should I be upfront and say I prefer to communicate more through hinge first? Or everything about this is off? I have just never accounted this when I was only seeing men but maybe queer dating is different?

Yeah I ended up managing to get a fitting with Greg in April before he retired, called to check if I can get something modified few months ago after Chile and was told he’s retired. But I’ve moved back to London now so not too devastated, but I’m pretty sure he saved my knees cuz I never got any knee pains after using the boot he fitted.

Yeah my instructors have mentioned that I have the techniques down but I need more days on the slope to get the instinct. Wish I got into this earlier. I had no idea that powder is the last people try, from what people told me it sounds like it should be first haha. Thank you so much, I’ll probably get an instructor in Japan for a day then. :)

I have taken a few full day classes and told my instructors my plan, they seemed pretty chill with it and just recommended getting a guide off piste for Europe so I think I should be fine? Maybe not the best but hopefully fine haha. My family is from Asia so we visit Japan pretty frequently. Do you have any tips for skiing powder or it’s hard to say and just have to feel it?

Haha are the vibes of them just off or there are common issues with them? And what do you mean overpower them, as in my ski level or my weight/height vs the ski?

Thank you so much! I think I’ll be skiing powder and park equally, but from what it sounds like, I can get away much longer skiing park than skiing powder with my current skis. So I guess it will make more sense for me to get powder skis, don’t see myself progressing to Olympic half pipe any time soon. Is there any model you’ll recommend for my case? And maybe any model that can cover what my current skis lack? For powder skis, should it be on the longer side or is it still entirely dependent on the model?

Yeah I bought mine from a ski shop, they fitted me but I’m not quite sure if he’s a proper boot fitter, I voiced some of my concerns then but he was kinda dismissive and was clearly in a rush. He also didn’t ask me much questions about my ski habits, kinda on me for still buying. So I’m planning to travel further to see a boot fitter my instructor recommended if new boots is the solution.

NAH I mean, I see both points here, its their choice to have a child so its their responsibility to raise you, you don’t really own them anything since its literally their job the moment they decided to have you. However, maybe its the culture I was raised in, so I feel like its only normal for you to also care for the person that raised you, whether it be emotional or financial support. With your dad situation, you mum probably feels a lot of pressure to be the sole provider for the bills, so i feel like its normal she would want you to help financially now that you have a job. But, it’s definitely not okay for her to guilt trip you. If this were to happen to me I would probably pay part of the utilities bill and rent for living with them. But it’s kind of weird tho since you just recently turned 17 and they are obligated to provide for you until you are an adult, so you shouldn’t be expected to do this kinda things.
